Over the years I can honestly say most of my profits have been made with lay betting.
(Saying that myself and a few gambling friends have started to do well with backing)

Even now im always looking at how to profit more with our selections.

This month with a 25 pts bank advised laying  selections at 1 pt liability with maximum lay price set at 3.0 bfsp the total profit/loss made was + 6.33 pts
This is a growth on advised betting bank of + 25.32% for January.

Had you bet all selections at level stakes with max lay price at 3.0 (25 pts betting bank advised) you would have made + 8.59 pts.

Had you bet all selections with no max lay price (50 pts betting bank advised) you would have made a total profit of + 24.27 pts.

The average odds of all 97 bets making the + 24.27 pts profit was 3.57 bfsp.
